- Personal training available for all skill levels from beginner through advanced. Coaches only training is also available.
- Olympic style weightlifting and competitive powerlifting sessions are done on site at Mississippi Barbell or on location at an athlete's gyms subject to gym owner approval.
- Personal training for all fitness levels (weight loss, muscle tone, strength building, endurance training) is done at Mississippi Barbell.
- Small group classes for weightlifting & powerlifting are scheduled at Mississippi Barbell or off site at your gym on an as-needed basis.
- Group classes such as High Intensity Interval Training, bootcamp and core classes, & strength classes can be scheduled on site or off site.
